Privacy Policy
Applies to valerieokebhagbe.org and to the products, sessions and emails of Marital Bliss with PV. Last updated: October 2026.
Your privacy matters, especially when you trust me with personal parts of your story. This policy explains what information I collect, why, who helps me handle it, and the choices you have.
1. Who is responsible
Marital Bliss with PV is operated by Pastor Valerie "PV" Okebhagbe in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I am responsible for your personal information and act as the privacy contact. You can reach me at hello@valerieokebhagbe.org or at 2771 Sunridge Way NE, Calgary, AB T1Y 7K7, Canada.
2. What I collect and why

3. Sensitive information
The intake form asks about safety because your wellbeing comes first. Your answers are read only by me and are used only for your Debrief. Confidentiality has limits: if I believe there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or a concern for a child's safety, I may need to share information with appropriate emergency or support services. You can choose which safe ways I may contact you, and I will respect that choice.
4. Who helps me handle your information
I use trusted service providers to run this business. They handle your information only to provide their service to me:
- Stripe: payments for digital products
- Cal.com: Debrief booking, payment and video sessions
- Jotform: the confidential Debrief intake form
- MailerLite: emails, including purchase, booking and follow-up emails
- Selar: earlier product purchases, for some customers
- My website hosting provider
Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
5. Emails
If you buy a product or book a session, you will receive emails needed to deliver it. You will only receive newsletters or updates if you signed up for them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
6. How long I keep your information
- Debrief intake forms: deleted 12 months after submission.
- Purchase and payment records: kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
- Email list information: kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.
7. How I protect your information
Your information is stored with reputable providers that use encryption and secure access controls. Access is limited to me. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or withdraw your consent to receiving emails. You can also ask me to delete information I no longer need to keep. If you are not satisfied with my response, you may contact the privacy commissioner in your province or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
9. Age
These resources and sessions are for adults 18 and older. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
