Terms and Refund Policy

Please read this policy before you buy. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to it.
1. Digital products
This section applies to The PV DIRECTION Check™ guide ($15 CAD), The Clarity Conversation Toolkit ($9.99 CAD) and the toolkit thank-you offer ($5.99 CAD).
How delivery works
- Your download link appears on the page you see right after payment.
- A copy of the download link is also sent to the email address you used at checkout, usually within minutes.
- The guide includes access to the private online Clarity Reflection at valerieokebhagbe.org/scorecard.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because you receive the full product instantly, digital products are not refunded for change of mind, for not reading or using the product, or because the outcome was not what you hoped. The only exceptions are:
- A file that will not download or open. Email hello@valerieokebhagbe.org within 7 days of purchase. I'll send a working copy, and if I cannot resolve it, I'll refund you.
- An accidental duplicate purchase of the same product. Email hello@valerieokebhagbe.org within 7 days and the duplicate will be refunded.
2. The DIRECTION Debrief
The DIRECTION Debrief is a private 45-minute one-on-one video session ($97 CAD), booked and paid through my booking page. It includes The PV DIRECTION Check™ guide ($15 value) and The Clarity Conversation Toolkit ($9.99 value), which are sent with your session confirmation.
Confirmation
Your session is confirmed only after your confidential intake form has been reviewed. If your answers show that a Debrief is not the right kind of support for you right now, your booking will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations, rescheduling and missed sessions

Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance so there is time to review your intake form.
3. How to request a refund or change
- Email hello@valerieokebhagbe.org with your full name, the email address you used to pay, and what you are requesting.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to show it.
4. Please contact me before disputing a charge
If something is wrong with your order, please email hello@valerieokebhagbe.org first. I respond within 2 business days and will work with you to resolve it. Payments appear on your statement under the Marital Bliss with PV business name.
When you check out, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy. Your agreement, the delivery of your download link and your access to your purchase are recorded and may be provided to your bank or payment provider if a charge is disputed.
5. Use of the materials
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use. Please do not share, resell, copy, upload or distribute any part of the guide, the toolkit or the Clarity Reflection, including uploading it to AI tools, without written permission.
6. Mentorship, not counselling
These resources and sessions are faith-based mentorship and education. They are not counselling, therapy, crisis support, or legal, financial or medical advice. If you are afraid of the person you are dating, please contact a qualified local support service or emergency services.
7. Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
